Using the website
Use the skip link to reach the main content. Every page supports keyboard navigation, visible focus and browser zoom. Service information remains readable without JavaScript.
Menus and language
Open the services menu or mobile menu with a keyboard. Escape closes the menu and returns focus to its button. English and Setswana are available on every page; Setswana wording still requires native-speaker approval.
Small screens and motion
The layout supports 320-pixel screens and large touch targets. Reduced-motion preferences are respected. The decorative hero is not required to understand the service.
Feedback and remaining checks
Verified accessibility-support contacts are pending. Rural user testing, assistive-technology testing with users and native-language validation remain acceptance requirements.
